IFES in Kyrgyz Republic

An establishment of Kyrgyz democratic social system is virtually impossible without the establishment of one of its fundamentals, democratic election.

IFES has worked in Kyrgyzstan under USAID funding conducting projects in technical election assistance.

It aims to strengthen the democratic culture has been achieved through its various projects, however a great deal of work remains to be done in order to improve the level of people awareness and participation in the establishment of democratic society.
